Precautions when using hot stamping machine

A good bronzing process requires an indispensable factors such as suitable temperature, environment, and pressure.

1. Temperature

Temperature is very important for the hot bronze process, so strict control must be needed. If the temperature is too high, the dyed resin layer and the adhesive are too melted. Low, hot seal is not firm enough, and it is easy to cause drop off.

2. Environment

The golden bronze technology should be selected in a place where ventilation, good dryness, sufficient light, and suitable for operation.

3. Pressure

The most important thing for the hot seal process is the control of temperature and pressure control. The pressure is too low, the hot print is not firm, it is easy to fall off, the graphic is blurred. If the pressure is too large, it may damage the printed matter and the mark is rough, so you need to choose a moderate pressure when scalting, so as to achieve the effect of not easy to fall off and clear the handwriting.

4. Speed

The so -called speed refers to the contact time between the printed matter with the golden paper during the hot seal. The speed of speed affects the effect of hot seal. So try to keep it fast and accurate.
