c. Extrusion: The heated billet is pushed through a specially designed die using a hydraulic press or an extrusion machine. The die has an opening with the shape and dimensions of the desired magnesium plate.
d. Cooling and Cutting: The extruded magnesium plate is cooled and cut into the desired lengths. The cooling process can be controlled to achieve the desired material properties.
e. Finishing: The cut magnesium plates may undergo additional processing steps, such as heat treatment, surface treatment, or machining, to meet specific requirements.
