What is the printing classification and process flow?

There are four different printing methods: letterpress printing, offset printing, gravure printing and stencil printing. The printing plates they make are different, the plate making methods are different, and the corresponding printing presses have their own characteristics. According to their characteristics, they can be summarized as follows:

Printing classification: direct printing and indirect printing.

Direct printing is divided into letterpress printing, offset printing, gravure printing, and stencil printing. There are printing plates and printing machines for gravure printing. Among them, the printing plate is divided into aluminum alloy movable type, copper-zinc plate, copy screen, photosensitive resin plate, electronic engraving plate; printing machine is divided into flat pressing type printing machine, round pressing type printing machine, round pressing type round printing machine. The lithographic printing is divided into a printing plate and a printing machine. The printing plate includes iron plate and copper plate. The machine is a circular flattening type printing machine. Gravure printing plates include photogravure and engraving intaglio. The printing machine is a printing rotary machine.
